Live 25! brings together information for children and young people aged 0-25 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families.
The event is open to all SEND young people and the adults, parents, carers and professionals that support them to access services offering information, advice, guidance and support about navigating their future, including education, health, social care, transport and much more.
cross the day there are a series of talks, as well as a marketplace with stalls from services across the council.
