Mental health toolkit
Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices. We All Have Mental Health
This toolkit is here to help you navigate mental health resources. Whether you want to understand more about how you're feeling, get information about a mental health condition or find support, this toolkit has been created to help you.
Your feelings are valid and things can get better.
There are many websites you can visit to find out more information about mental health and to find out where to access support.
Online services allow you to chat 1 to 1 with a support worker or find specialised support. You open each chat window to talk to someone. There can be a little wait but they'll always be someone after a little while.
If you need support you can contact one of the following organisations or call NHS 111. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger dial 999.
There are apps you can use to access support from other young people and professionals, all at your own pace, including some that can help with sleep or support meditation and mindfulness.
